This is Part 2 of Dave O Rama's Afrofunk Meltdown. A short two part series examining the influence of Nigerian Afrobeat music on musicians and music producers across the globe. This Lovecast begins in Nigeria with the father of Afrobeat music, Fela Kuti. It then launches itself into a pulsating dance mix touching down everywhere from Canada to Australia, Iceland to Brazil and numerous other regions in between to demonstrate the existence of a global Afrobeat movement.

The Lovecast is a two hour broad spectrum music exploration program hosted by Dave O Rama, airing Saturdays from 4PM to 6PM EST on CIUT FM, Toronto, Canada, and syndicated on www.bluesandrootsradio.com, www.ubuntu.fm, CJMP FM.
